This year it's Isabel's turn to put on the bunny ears.

I know you want to hear about the update. Working on it full steam. Instead of giving a specific date, I'm giving you a timeframe. This way we can be sure to hit it and not have to worry about missing it by 1-2 days.

The update will be out before the end of next week.
The goal is to release sooner.

I'd like to give you some update where we stand in terms of DOD and languages.

French language is almost done, one file is missing before testing
Italian language is done and waiting for testing
Russian language is done and waiting for testing
German language is almost done, roughly 5 files missing
Spanish language is only like 40 % done

And that's why I am writing this message. If you speak Spanish and would like to help us with proofreading and editing the Spanish text, so that we can include it in the Definitive Edition, please send me a DM. We will be grateful for all help to get Spanish in line with the other languages.

And to make this announcement a little bit more enjoyable for all those waiting for the next update of MP, here is a little preview I was able to borrow from Dr. Sin. Rest assured, he is still very much working on it.

Midnight Paradise 0.14 - Previews #1




I did these two scenes as a little warmup for returning to MP. It's nice to be back to these girls too:)
These booty calls feature multiple poses and quite a number of animations. I'm going back to adding more "regular content" and not just booty calls, but I figured it would be a good first step, and adding more easy to access H scenes is probably a good idea.

Midnight Paradise 0.14 - Preview #2



Connor will visit Harding Tower in the 0.14 update. Actually, he's going to spend quite some time in there from now on.

In the main story - as I said before - we're going to follow Connor and his quest to uncover the secrets of those around him. That includes Raymond and the shady things going on at the company.

You're gonna be able to spend some quality time with Celine in the upcoming release. You'll learn more of her backstory and you will get to enjoy multiple variations/options in her scenes in this release.

MP Development Update #35



Hey everyone

It feels good to be back in business!
I'll cut right to the chase.

Working on the next Midnight Paradise release right now, which will drop this month.
I'm going to be changing a few things going forward. We are at a point of the story with the girls where I can move on with the Main Story "independently" from Connor's relationship with the ladies. Now what this means is, from 0.14 onward, the Objectives will be independent from each other. Meaning you won't have to advance the plot with Joyce to get Ruby's next scene, for example.

So in a way, fully completing the girls' objectives will be optional. Think of it like Mass Effect 2 and the crew missions. You can choose not to do them, but it will heavily affect the ending(s) and of course you'd be missing out on some great content.

This change is needed because this way I'm not limited to advancing the plot and forcing some unnecessary (from the main story's perspective at least) romance on the way.

This also means if you don't really wanna get too close to a character from here on out, you can choose not to. This will affect the endgame, but it might be interesting to see what happens if you neglect some characters' objectives.

Just to reassure you, if you want to see all the content - you don't have to worry. You can still see everything, but probably in a more organized way that makes more sense. Win-win.

Now let's talk about planning. I've been doing that a lot lately. When I was out of commission for a while I couldn't do much else. So lately I've been meticulously planning and outlining all of the scenes in Midnight Paradise. The way I've been doing this before is I had the general direction we were going and key scenes in place, but still had to spend a considerable amount of time arranging things and planning for each release.

Once I'm done with the "Master Plan" that's no more. Which is a great feeling:)
Means I can just jump from scene to scene and make them faster.

And man, there is a lot of ground to cover! I'm really happy with these plans and I think it's going to be great content for you guys. You are getting character routes and more decisions, so that means things can go multiple ways with the ladies, so the goal there is to add some nice replay value and of course allow you to have the kind of relationship with the girls you want.

Hey everyone

I haven't been active lately and that's because of the health issues I mentioned in my previous post. I had an ongoing case with my general practitioner and right after the back pain issues I had an examination and they found that my colon has some kind of inflammation. A strict diet and an antibiotic journey followed, which caused severe nausea for the full duration. That was awful, but it's over now, hopefully it solved the issue. As much as I like some good anal content, I'm not really a fan of colonoscopy. The back pain has gotten to a tolerable level, so we're back in business.

I've also read your comments and suggestions, and I will be doing physiotherapy and I also got desk with an adjustable height, so I can alternate between standing and sitting. Hopefully that will eliminate this pack pain issue entirely.

In the meantime, the animation rendering process didn't stop, so we're nearing 200 animations already rendered for DoD: DE. That means it's around done from EP1 - 10. That's great. However, there's still a fuckton of animations because you know, I went crazy with EP11 & 12 back then. Those two episodes have almost as much as the rest of them combined. It's gonna take a while to render them all, but we're getting there.

Next week I'm returning to the standard schedule and I'll post previews of the upcoming Midnight Paradise release. MP will be picking up the pace this year and I can assure you, you don't wanna miss what's coming.
I'll be back on Monday with a new dev update post.
